SAINT ANN CATHOLIC CHURCH

Alma R. Jones joined Saint Ann Catholic Church in 2025 and is already actively serving as an Extraordinary Eucharistic Minister and member of the Education Committee. Bilingual and bicultural, she brings a valuable ability to bridge the Spanish-speaking and English-speaking communities within the parish. In her previous parish, Immaculate Conception in Hendersonville, NC, Alma served in Faith Formation and as Parish Council secretary for 10 years. New to Johnston County, she is eager to serve and support her new parish community.

Anthony Martinez joined Saint Ann Catholic Church in 2024 and serves as an Extraordinary Eucharistic Minister, including ministry to the sick and homebound. He is passionate about serving the parish in a greater capacity and is especially interested in helping bridge the gap between the English-speaking and Spanish-speaking communities. Anthony is eager to support the pastor and parishioners by fostering unity and strengthening connections within the Saint Ann Catholic Church family.

Barbara became a member of Saint Ann Catholic Church in 2024 and is actively involved in parish life as an Extraordinary Eucharistic Minister, serving both at Mass and to the sick and homebound, as well as assisting as a sacristan. She is passionate about strengthening the parish community and is interested in serving on the Pastoral Council to encourage greater involvement, introduce fresh ideas, and help improve communication within the church.

Denise Luttrell has been an active member of Saint Ann Catholic Church since 2017, serving in a wide range of ministries including International Food Fest, Youth Group and Confirmation, Bible Studies, the Growth and Development Committee, lectoring, Women’s Retreats, and the Holy Spirit Prayer Group. With prior experience serving for 12 years on the Diocese of Buffalo’s Pastoral Council, she brings a strong background in leadership, planning, and collaboration. Denise is passionate about supporting the parish’s continued growth through thoughtful planning, creative problem-solving, and a servant leadership approach that values listening, honesty, and unity.

John Issigonis has been an active member of Saint Ann Catholic Church since 2014, along with his wife, Sandy, and their four children. He serves the parish through the International Food Fest, Welcoming Committee, Community Gatherings, Men’s Group, Choir, and Homeschool community. With over a decade of experience as an educator and his current role as a program manager in clinical research, John brings strong skills in communication, leadership, and project management. He is eager to use these gifts to support the pastor and council in guiding the parish’s continued growth as a vibrant, Christ-centered community.

Kevin Pilotte has been a dedicated member of Saint Ann Catholic Church since 2002, faithfully serving the parish in numerous roles over the years. His involvement includes more than 25 years as an usher, volunteering with the Food Pantry, serving as an officer in the Knights of Columbus and 4th Degree Assembly 3994, chairing the Safety Ministry, assisting with church maintenance, and helping create the Military Photo Display in the narthex. A former Parish Council member, Kevin has a deep love for the Saint Ann Catholic Church family and is eager to continue serving the pastor and parishioners while supporting the growth of the parish community.

Louigi Bondoc has been a member of Saint Ann Catholic Church since 2016 and serves in several ministries, including as a lector, with the Food Pantry, International Food Fest, and the Filipino community. She is passionate about praising and honoring God through faithful service and active participation in parish life. Louigi hopes to help unite the Saint Ann Catholic Church community by fostering a spirit of welcome and encouraging all to come together as one faith and one spirit in Christ.

Lucy Funiciello has been a member of Saint Ann Catholic Church since 2016 and has a strong desire to become more actively involved in parish life. She brings a professional background in administrative support, customer service, human resources, and finance, along with a willingness to learn and serve where needed. Guided by prayer and a commitment to the Church’s mission, Lucy hopes to use her skills to support the pastor and parish community while continuing to grow in faith and service.

Yves Zounli has been a member of St. Ann Church since 2020 and is committed to being an active and engaged parishioner. As a native French speaker, he brings a valuable perspective and a desire to advocate for those whose first language is not English. Yves hopes to support greater inclusion within the parish by helping all feel welcomed, understood, and connected to the St. Ann community.
